
Lisa Krouse, Esq., SCP, SPHR
Chief Executive Officer
Lisa Krouse became CEO of First Tee – Sarasota/Manatee in 2025, bringing a lifelong commitment to building talent for tomorrow. She previously served as CEO of the Sarasota County Economic Development Corporation and spent 15 years on the executive team at FCCI Insurance Group, where she was the first woman appointed to the Board of Directors. Lisa holds degrees from New York University and New York Law School, and is admitted to practice law in several states, including before the U.S. Supreme Court. Recognized locally and nationally for her leadership, Lisa’s community work includes board service with the Greater Sarasota Chamber of Commerce and recipient of numerous awards for service and achievement. She enjoys sharing her expertise on legal, leadership and career-building topics, and is proud to lead a team dedicated to developing leaders – on and off the course.

Lexi McKenney
Director of Chapter Relations and Level 1 Coach
Lexi McKenney is a familiar and friendly face at First Tee – Sarasota/Manatee. Her journey began in 2006 when her own kids joined the program. One volunteer experience led to another, and by 2008, Lexi had taken on a part-time staff role. By 2010, she was full-time – working behind the scenes from coordinating with national headquarters and sponsors, to supporting donors and helping shape programs – even stepping in to coach as a certified Level 1 Coach on the course, Lexi wears many hats. She’s celebrated by parents, players, and colleagues alike for her positivity, professionalism, and unwavering heart. Her commitment was formally recognized in 2023 with the Distinguished Service Award from the North Florida PGA Southwest Chapter.

Katie Jackson
Program Director and Level 4 Coach
Katie Jackson started her journey with First Tee in 2006 at age 11 as a participant. Her growth throughout her high school years at IMG Academy, along with her dedication as a First Tee participant, led her to become a proud alumna and First Tee coach in 2012. In 2018, she became Program Director and became a certified Level 4 Coach in 2020. Throughout her tenure, Katie has reached more than 5,000 kids and has been invited to coach in numerous First Tee National Events. Katie aspires to promote First Tee’s mission of building inner-strength, self-confidence, and lifelong positive relationships – just like those she has fostered since joining the organization. In 2025, Katie was honored with the Distinguished Service Award from the North Florida PGA Southwest Chapter in recognition of her positive impact.

Noah Cronin
Program Coordinator of Manatee County, Level 2 Coach and TPI Certified Level 1
Noah Cronin started his relationship with First Tee in 2005 as a participant when he was five years old. Years later, after logging hundreds of volunteer hours and becoming a proud alumnus, he became a coach in 2018 at the age of 18. In 2023, Noah became a certified Level 2 Coach and then became Program Coordinator of Manatee County in 2024. Motivated by the incredible coaches and experiences First Tee offered him, Noah is dedicated to making every young golfer’s experience as special as the ones he’s had. His enthusiasm for First Tee’s Mission, health, golf, and positive mentorship shines through everything he does. He brings added expertise as a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and a Titleist Performance Institute Certified Level 1 professional.
