First Tee – Sarasota/Manatee Programs

At each age group, participants engage with the Key Commitments: Pursuing Goals, Growing through Challenge, Collaborating with Others, Building Positive Self-Identity, and Using Good Judgement, while focusing on mastering golf fundamentals and building upon a golf skill foundation as they advance within the program.

Schedule & Fees

Fall registration is currently open. 2026 Winter schedule and registration will be open in December. Classes start in January.

Junior Golf Tour

Our tour is a platform for any junior golfer to gain knowledge of the rules, the etiquette of the game, pace of play, and engage in tournament golf.

Scholarships

We will never turn a child away from programs for the inability to pay. We work with families so their child may participate.

National Opportunities

With the help of our corporate partners, we host a series of events for our participants, allowing them to meet new people, play some golf, and achieve greatness.

Age 4-6

The Wee Ones program is a fun and welcoming introduction to the game of golf. Using age-appropriate activities and kid-friendly instruction, we help young players build confidence, coordination, and excitement for learning the game.

Age 7-9

Learn to play golf and have fun with peers in a safe and encouraging manner. Your child will build inner strength and self-confidence, while focusing on building relationships with other players.

Age 10-11

Your child will develop golf skills and enthusiasm for the game, while we support positive Game Changing behaviors. Explore character concepts in active and collaborative ways that are valuable on and off the course.

Age 12 and Up

Kids strengthen golf skills, build character, grow through practice and reflection, apply life lessons on and off the course, and gain support as they set goals for their future.
